TiA Eurotop system - traditional underfloor heating with a modern edition

TiA System, in order to meet the comfort of use, and above all the simplified installation of underfloor heating, created a system based on TiA Eurotop mats. It is a perfect solution both for small investments, but also for office buildings, blocks of flats, multi-family buildings, etc. (especially newly built buildings with underfloor heating already at the architectural design stage). The installation of underfloor heating with Eurotop mats with protrusions allows one person to lay heating pipes very quickly, and thus properly anchor them to the ground, without the use of fastening elements and tools. The Eurotop TiA system, unlike similar products on the market, is characterized by the size of mats adapted to transport on euro-pallets, which is the most common and the cheapest way of delivering. The size of the mat is 1150x750 (the effective size of the mat is 1100x700) and has been developed for the transport of both larger and smaller orders in the most common and standard ways. Due to their smaller size, the mats are more handy and easier to install. The innovative profiling of the mat edges allows for tight and durable connections, which speeds up the work and guarantees the stability of the system. The mats joint themselves and create a monolithic surface. This way of joining the mats means that they do not have to be anchored or glued to the surface of the polystyrene which is the thermal insulation of the floor in any way. A very important fact is that the mat itself was designed to protect against mechanical damage (which often occurs before the spout is poured onto the system). Eurotop, thanks to its structure and ribbing, as well as the material from which it was made, is resistant to high loads and does not bend under greater weight, making it much easier to install without fear of damaging it or the underfloor heating pipeline. The total volume of the protrusions in the mat, which are not filled with concrete, allows to reduce the amount of screed intended for the underlay (even up to a few percent). Eurotop TiA mats have been designed to locate the underfloor heating pipeline few millimeters above the ground (it is possible thanks to the mat's ribbing). Special ribbing also allows the entire surface of the pipe to be covered with concrete, thus intensifying heat conduction. In the underlay, the better the heat reception from the heating medium in the pipes by their surroundings, the better the efficiency of the system (as a result, lower operating costs of the installation). Eurotop panels also have a metric scale on their surface, which facilitates their cutting without the use of additional tools, which speeds up the execution of a given underfloor heating installation.
